Our story
Built by people who love live crowds
Gatelight Tickets started in Austin with a simple frustration: great shows with painful ticketing. We built the booking flow we always wanted — fast, honest and mobile-first — then wrapped it around full event management, from venue setup to the final encore.
Today we run rooftop fitness mornings, club football showdowns, open-air concerts and festivals across the city. Organisers bring us the idea; we bring the room, the crowd and the scan-and-go entry that gets everyone inside in minutes.

How do I book tickets?
Pick your event, choose a tier and check out in minutes. Your mobile tickets arrive by email right away and live in your inbox until showtime.
What is your refund policy?
If we cancel an event, every ticket is refunded in full automatically. If your plans change, contact us at least 48 hours ahead and we will move you to another date where possible.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes. Forward your confirmation or send us the new guest's name through the contact page, and we will reissue the tickets free of charge.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No printing needed. Show the ticket on your phone at the gate and our scan-and-go entry clears most queues in under a minute.
Are your venues accessible?
Every Gatelight venue has step-free access, accessible seating and nearby parking. Tell us what you need when you book and we will reserve the right spot.
Do you offer group sales?
Yes — groups of 10 or more get reserved seating together and a group rate. Send us your headcount through the contact page and we will prepare a quote.
